This Privacy Policy explains how DeThink handles personal information through our websites, desktop applications, support channels, and related products and services. It does not govern third-party websites or services that have their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
- Account information, such as your name, email address, profile details, login identifiers, and account settings.
- Content you provide, including prompts, messages, uploaded files, images, documents, feedback, and support communications.
- Usage and device information, such as feature interactions, model selections, timestamps, IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, language, crash data, and diagnostic logs.
- Transaction information, such as plan, credits purchased, payment status, billing country, and transaction identifiers. Full card details are generally handled by our payment processor rather than DeThink.
- Information from integrations and third parties when you connect a service, sign in through an identity provider, or ask DeThink to retrieve information from another source.
3. How we use information
Where applicable, our legal bases include performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
- Provide, personalize, operate, and maintain the service.
- Route your requests to selected AI models, tools, and integrations and return results to you.
- Process payments, allocate credits, enforce limits, and administer accounts.
- Monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and protect security.
- Analyze and improve product quality, usability, and reliability.
- Communicate about the service, respond to support requests, and send legally required notices.
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect the rights and safety of users, DeThink, and others.
4. AI providers and your content
When you select or use a model or tool, DeThink may transmit the content needed to fulfill your request to the relevant provider. This can include prompts, conversation context, files, images, tool instructions, and technical metadata.
Providers process this information under their agreements with DeThink and their applicable policies. Data handling can differ by provider and feature. Avoid including personal, confidential, or regulated information unless it is necessary, authorized, and appropriate for the selected service.
We do not sell your prompts or files. We do not use private workspace content to train public AI models unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law.
5. How we share information
We require service providers to handle information for authorized purposes and with appropriate protections. We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that does not reasonably identify you.
- AI model, search, storage, hosting, analytics, security, customer support, and payment providers that help operate the service.
- Integrations you direct us to connect with or third parties you choose to share content with.
- Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, and authorities when reasonably necessary or legally required.
- A buyer, successor, or affiliate in connection with a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
Our websites may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, security, analytics, and service performance. You can control many of these through your browser or device settings, though disabling essential storage may prevent parts of the service from working.

Retention periods vary by data type, account status, feature, and legal requirement. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups or restricted records before being securely removed.

Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. To submit a request, email support@dethink.ai. You may also update certain information through your account settings. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11. Children
DeThink is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

We may update this policy as our service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the new version, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law or when changes are material.
